Whether you are a registered hotel guest, looking for a new dining venue or are just passing by and feeling a little hungry, our chef will do her best to accommodate you. If you are arriving out of season, we do ask that you give us as much notice as you can to make sure that your dining experience is of the highest standard.
We offer a buffet style breakfast, with hot items cooked to order by our chef served at the dining table or on the breakfast patio until 10:30am. For very late risers, coffee and tea and other limited items may be available upon coordination with the chef.
If you will be around Spring Hotel for the day, lunch is usually served at our poolside bar. If you will be out for the day and would like to bring lunch with you, picnic baskets are also available. Please check our menu for daily specials. Arrangements can be made with our chef the day before.
Our staff will serve afternoon tea upon request between 4pm and 5pm in the Drawing Room. Guests can choose from a variety teas and coffee, and enjoy a delectable spread which may include treats such as home baked cakes, finger sandwiches, biscuits, cookies, and breads.
Enjoy happy hour (hour and a half on Caribbean watches) from 5.30 – 7.00 daily at the poolside bar.
Snacks are always available by self-service in the kitchen. Choices may include items such as homemade ice creams, cakes, breads, cheese and biscuits, jams, peanut butter, coffee, teas, and similar items.
